Cleaver-Brooks announced on Friday that it has been acquired by Miura Co., Ltd., a global manufacturer of boilers headquartered in Japan.
Commenting on the acquisition, Cleaver-Brooks President and CEO Bart Aitken said, “We look forward to working with the experienced leadership team at Miura.
