The Air Conditioning Contractors of America Educational Institute (ACCA-EI) Standards Task Team (STT) has announced an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) public review period for Addendum E to ANSI/ACCA 2 Manual J - 2011.

ACCA has announced the winners of its 2014 Safety Excellence Award. Sponsored by Federated Mutual Insurance Co., the award honors HVAC contractors who are dedicated to safe workplaces.

ACCA has published a new Commercial Quality Maintenance Checklist, based on ANSI/ACCA/ASHRAE 180 - Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, to help building owners and operators select a contractor to perform maintenance on their heating and cooling systems.

ACCA, the indoor environment and energy efficiency association, announced that registration is now open for its Service Managers Forum, which is taking place Oct. 9-10 at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This event is presented by ACCA and The NEWS.
