ACCA has announced that it is now accepting applications for its 2014 Safety Excellence Award sponsored by Federated Insurance. The association said the award is a way to recognize contractor member companies that have made a significant commitment to safety as an integral part of their philosophy.

ACCA has launched a completely redesigned new public website at www.acca.org. The focus of the association’s new homepage is the consumer — both homeowners and building managers.

ACCA, the indoor environment and energy efficiency association, honored James “Jim” Isaac, of Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., Rochester, N.Y., with its inaugural Skip Snyder Humanitarian Award. The award was presented this morning as part of the opening MainStage Session at the ACCA 2014 Conference.

The nonprofit indoor environmental and energy services association is working to overcome the many challenges set before its contracting members.
