Leading HVAC distributors from across the country came to D.C. recently to meet elected officials and staffers to speak on behalf of their collective interests as part of the HARDI Congressional Fly-In.
At the 2018 HARDI Annual Conference, Dec. 1-4 in Austin, Texas, six industry veterans shared decades of distribution acumen during a roundtable discussion that examined the moments that shaped their careers, what they’d change if they were given a mulligan, and more.
The Legacy-themed event honored those who paved the pathway to today’s success and celebrated those who are establishing their own legacies in the future.
The event will feature four tracks planned in concert with their coinciding HARDI councils: marketing, sales, human resources, and supply chain & operations.
The premiere of the documentary just happened a few weeks ago in Austin at the Heating, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) conference. It is called “Hot Commodity,” and it is a recruitment documentary for the HVACR industry.
