Here's the place for you to provide your commentary. Our Guest Blog invites all those in the HVACR industry to participate and converse with readers of The NEWS.
It’s tempting to hide behind your smartphone and tablet, trying to squeeze more work out of your day. Don’t do it when you are working on acquiring a new project. The estimating process is your prime opportunity to build a relationship with a prospective client.
Despite what all the naysayers claim about the up-and-coming generation of young people, I still find good people with solid character. And it is up to us as the owners and managers in the HVAC industry to train and mentor them to join and stay in our industry.
There are natural systems in our American society that we just follow. We stop at red lights, go at green lights, and we certainly don't negotiate prices at the local food store. if I spelled it you would have no clue how to pronounce it. Robert told me
stories about growing up and going to school.
