ACCA has published a new Commercial Quality Maintenance Checklist, based on ANSI/ACCA/ASHRAE 180 - Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, to help building owners and operators select a contractor to perform maintenance on their heating and cooling systems.

ACCA announced that its Contractor Comfort Index (CCI) has reached 81 for April, the highest the CCI has ever been in the four years the association has tracked contractors’ opinions on short-term economic growth. The CCI is up from 73 in March.
