The brand-new 30,000-square-foot building will incorporate state-of-the-art lab facilities, testing equipment, and engineering areas as well as office space for more than 60 people. Midea America’s sales and marketing offices will remain headquartered in New Jersey.

After nearly 40 years in the HVAC industry, including three decades spent teaching, Cleveland native Gary Ranallo joked that he’s only just getting started. But Ranallo, who was selected as The NEWS’ 2016 Best Instructor winner, nearly missed his calling.
