Last month, we talked about how New Year's resolutions can be a benefit if we really make an effort to do what we say we're going to do. As in my last column, here are several suggestions for resolutions.

Just when air conditioning manufacturers thought the standard for central air conditioners and heat pumps manufactured after Jan. 26, 2006, had to meet a 12 SEER standard, a recent federal appeals court ruling threw a monkey wrench into the works.
