International Comfort Products (ICP) announced nine distributors have been named the Arcoaire®, Comfortmaker®, Day & Night®, Heil®, and Tempstar® U.S. distributors of the year.
Each year, ICP selects U.S. Distributors of the Year from among of hundreds of independent distributors located throughout the country for outstanding achievements in sales growth and customer support.
Robert Hennessy has been appointed to the role of chief commercial officer in charge of aligning sales strategies across all business units in the Americas, Tim Amburgey has been promoted from regional director of refrigerant sales to vice president of fire protection, Taylor Ferranti has been promoted from regional director of refrigerant sales to vice president of refrigerants, and Jon Stack has been promoted from vice president of carbon projects to vice president of environmental services.

Watsco Inc. announced that it has acquired an additional 10 percent ownership interest in Carrier Enterprise Northeast LLC, a joint venture with Carrier Corp. The transaction raises Watsco’s ownership stake to 70 percent.
