With the election of Donald Trump as the 45^th president of the United States, the business community can almost certainly look forward to a new era. Although many of Trump’s policies on labor and employment-related laws and regulations have yet to be fully developed, there are many Obama-era initiatives that could face significant changes under the new Republican administration.

Many HVAC contractors are capitalizing on the current video trend by creating their own custom video content on their websites and social media feeds.

I often ask business owners and managers if they are happy with their current team. The most popular answer is, “Sure…” That word is said without confidence or conviction, which indicates that I need to dig a little deeper. So, I use my standard follow-up: “Rank your team from best to worst — don’t overthink, just off the top of your head.”

Although I do it cautiously, and with no intention of diving back into the divisiveness of the recently concluded presidential election, I would be remiss not to say something about our new president-elect and what a Donald Trump presidency might mean for the refrigeration industry.
